Shipping

All products ship within the continental United States.

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after production
• Raised beds and large items: ship via freight; delivery times vary by location
• Free shipping on orders over $200
• Tracking provided for all orders

Most products ship flat-packed with pre-drilled holes and hardware included. Assembly typically takes 15–30 minutes with a drill.

Made-to-order items (custom sizes, custom engraving) have a 5–7 business day production window before shipping.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping on standard returns
• Damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost — contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery

Custom orders

Custom-sized products and engraved items are built to order and are non-returnable. All specifications are confirmed before production begins. If there is a defect in materials or craftsmanship, it will be replaced.
