All products ship from our workshop in the continental United States.

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
• Raised beds and large items: ship via freight; delivery times vary by location
• Free shipping on orders over $200
• Tracking provided for all orders

Products ship flat-packed with pre-drilled holes and all hardware included. Assembly typically takes 15–30 minutes with a drill.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping on standard returns
• Damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost — contact us with photos

Custom orders

Custom-sized products are built to order and are non-returnable. We'll confirm all specifications before production begins. If there's a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we'll replace it.
