Cedar is a solid choice for vegetable gardens — it does not leach chemicals into soil the way pressure-treated wood does, and its natural oils repel insects and moisture. Deep-carved text stays crisp through multiple growing seasons. Replace the popsicle sticks and faded plastic labels with something that lasts.
