Outdoor Shower Shelf — Cedar
A cedar wall-mount shelf for soap, shampoo, and accessories. It is 12 inches wide and 6 inches deep, with a 1-inch lip to keep bottles in place. It mounts to any shower wall with 2 screws. Drainage gaps prevent pooling water.
Western red cedar is the most popular wood for outdoor showers in North America. It contains natural extractives, primarily thujaplicin, that are toxic to fungi and insects, and it is naturally rot-resistant, dimensionally stable, and lightweight.
