A CNC-constructed white oak birdhouse with a 1.5 inch entry hole that fits wrens, chickadees, nuthatches, and titmice. White oak is among the most rot-resistant domestic hardwoods — it will outlast pine and cedar birdhouses by years without any finish or treatment. The bottom panel is removable for end-of-season cleaning, secured by a single stainless steel screw. Interior is left unfinished and lightly textured by the CNC toolpath to give fledglings grip when climbing to the exit. Pre-drilled mounting holes on the back for wall or post installation.
